This is the secretariat of the '2024 Asia Concrete Expo & Smart Modular Construction (OSC) Expo'.

Our Secretariat conducted promotional activities for the Asia Concrete Expo & Smart Modular (OSC) Construction Expo at the Korean Institute of Building Construction’s forum titled "Current Status and Countermeasures for Defects in Apartment Construction Quality," held on August 22 at the Korea Science and Technology Center in Yeoksam-dong.

The Korean Institute of Building Construction plays a pivotal role in researching production and construction technologies for buildings, promoting academic and technical exchanges with domestic organizations, and evaluating the technology, quality, and safety of construction projects undertaken by the government, public institutions, and industry. The institute was established to foster organic collaboration and create a foundation for the development of construction technology, aiming to cultivate the most competitive construction capabilities in the rapidly changing global architecture market.

As a gathering of professionals related to building construction, this event provided an excellent opportunity to further promote the upcoming "Asia Concrete Expo & Smart Modular Construction (OSC) Expo," which is now just two months away.
